Myth: People have been predicting an economic collapse since the 1970s. Yet life goes on.
Truth: Every great nation throughout history has fallen. America will eventually fail as well. If America doesn't change direction, the forewarning of the so-called “doomsayers” will come true sooner than you think.
Myth: The impending collapse is a long way off.
Truth: At the present rate America's national debt will exceed 20 trillion dollars within 2 years. Ten years after that, the national debt will be 30 trillion. Twenty years after that… well, you get the point. If we don't stop the bleeding now, America's financial system will collapse within our lifetime.
Myth: Worst case, there will be an economic adjustment but our civilization will continue.
Truth: If the Dollar crashes, the consequences will be unthinkable. Hyperinflation will wipe out savings and all wealth. There will be shortages of food and supplies. Martial law will suspend the U.S.
Constitution and our protection from a tyrannical government. Millions of people will be destitute and hungry. Our cities will burn, and armed gangs will roam the streets.
Myth: The destruction and danger will be limited to the inner cities.
Truth: Once the local stores are looted and destroyed, the gangs will raid the suburbs. Essential goods and services will become scarce resulting in starvation, violence and the death of neighbors, family members and friends.
Myth: After the roiting stops, we will rebuild, just as we did after the Twin Towers fell and New Orleans was
devastated by hurricane Katrina.
Truth: Unlike the Twin Towers and hurricane Katrina, the fiscal crises will be nationwide – even global. Consequently, there will be rioting everywhere. Everything will be destroyed simultaneiously. Civilization will not rebound for decades.
Note: If you think this analysis is exaggerated, you aren't a student of history. Every great nation before us has fallen and each time it wasn't pretty. Believe it or not, America will not last forever. One day America will fail. The only question is, “When?” If you think it is OK for America to fail within the lifetime of your children, you don't love them all that much.
Myths Perpetrated for Politial Gain
The following “myths” have been concocted by the Democratic and Republican Parties to maintain power.
Myth: American politics is a “Two-Party System.”
Truth: America's political system is a multiparty system that has been hijacked by the Democratic and Republican Parties — the last two monopolies in America.
Myth: The Primary Elections of the Democratic and Republican Parties are necessary and validate being an actual political party.
Truth: The Primary Elections of the Democratic and Republican Parties are a fabricated ploy to get free promotion for their party and candidates. All other parties select their candidates privately and quietly. The true role of party delegates is to select the candidates for their party, not just to waive banners at the convention. Adding insult to injury, the Democrats and Republicans make the public pay for their free promotion.
Myth: The Democratic and Republican Parties are actual political parties.
Truth: They are monopolies self-described as “big tents” under which coexist several competing special interest groups.
Note: The proof that the Democratic and Republican Parties are monopolies (as opposed to political parties) is they cannot put forth specific concrete platforms. Members huddling under the “Tent” have conflicting goals (agendas). The lack of a specific concrete platform is the tell-tale sign a political organization is a monopoly and not a political party.
Myth: It is not necessary for political parties to put forth a platform.
Myth: A platform is central to a political party. The platform is a series of goal statements around which members rally. Without these goal statements, the political party is just a mob or, if large and organized, a monopoly.
If every political party put forth a specific concrete platform, there would be no campaigning, noise, divisiveness, entourages, big money, pandering, empty promises or corruption in politics. The benefits will be:
-
No campaigning — Candidates who stand on their party platform have no reason to campaign.
-
No noise or divisiveness — Candidates who stand on the party platform are in complete agreement with fellow members of their party.
-
No entourages — Candidates who do not campaign have no need for assistants, researchers, image makers, speechwriters, public relations specialists, strategists, staff managers, spokespeople, and so on.
-
No big money — Not having to campaign eliminates the need to raise money.
-
No pandering — With no need to raise money, candidates do not have to compromise on principle to gain support.
-
No empty promises — With the agenda preset, voters know exactly what they will get and Congress is sure to get things done.
-
No corruption — With the agenda preset, lobbyists cannot influence legislation.
Conclusion: All of the problems with America's present political system would be resolved if the political parties were required to put forth specific concrete platforms.
Myth: Alternative parties are bad because they split the vote, effectively handing victory to the major party in opposition.
Truth: There are three kinds of alternative parties, and one kind will NOT split the vote.
A “Splinter Party” is a party that focuses on just one or two special interests. These special interests are favored by either the Democratic Party or Republican Party. Therefore, by definition, a “Splinter Party” WILL split the vote in general elections with that major party.
A “Sister Party” is a party that addresses the full range of financial, social, national and world issues, but it breaks from one of the major parties because it is dissatisfied with management or priorities. By definition, it is similar to one of the major parties and, therefore, it WILL split the vote with it in general elections.
A true “Third Party” differs from both major parties. It is a true alternative to the Democratic Party and the Republican Party. Therefore, it will take votes from both major parties.
Conclusion: Because a “Third Party” siphons voters from both major parties, it will NOT split the vote in the traditional sense in which only one of the major parties suffers.
“Not only is a Third Party not a detrimental influence to the elections process, it is the only
thing that can save America and our civilization from fiscal collapse and social ruin.”
Don Magyar
Myth: Voting for the Patriot Party® will split the vote.
Truth: The Patriot Party® is a true alternative – a third party. As such, it will siphon votes from Democrats and Republicans.
Note: Many Republicans will join the Patriot Party® to escape
being associated with bigots, bullies, religious zealots, and oppressors. Many Democrats will join the Patriot Party® to
break their association with the America-haters, race-baiters, criminals, and
career dependents.
Myth: America's elections system is prescribed in the U.S. Constitution.
Truth: The U.S. Constitution does not prescribe an elections system. Congress can fix every problem over a weekend without passing legislation. It merely has to
agree to adopt the “Bidirectional System” (as explained in Plank #2).
Note: Then again, what are the chances the fox will increase the security of the chicken coup they are guarding – and thus the reason why a citizen revolution is necessary to save America.
